Pathetic after sales service /plastic parts break

I purchased Kent max 10 months ago but despite being first year services free we were not notified by the company about the same. They expect us to call them for service. The service is outsourced to some external parties. These people will pester you after a year to buy their AMC.


Also in the first year itself the plastic tap broke which is not covered under the warranty. The product is not sturdy. I will not go for this company again.
