Good product. combination of RO and UV thing but the worst service....
During free service period and maintenance - offered for one year, every time that person came for the service and Kent shut off. This was nt for a single time each and every time. I had purchased before one and half year...
there were hell problem with it..
Automatic switch chopped up...
some irritating voice come out...
I didn’t take service contract from Ahmadabad authorized service provided, , , I didn’t remember that non-sense name but I knew no... 9374142931... I didn’t sign contract bcoz his service man even couldn’t do the free service well than what abt the paid one...
Now, if I was trying to call him, he was replying " man is not available".. this is going on since more than one month... Now, I called up some local vendor and the thing informed me.... YOUR UV is not working that person switched off your UV functionality... what is this ???????
Pls pls dnt spend this much amt if you cant fully utilize product and service is the hell..
