I bought this product more than a year back thinking it was a good one, however, it stopped working around 6 months back. As per the service agreement, Kent was supposed to service it every 3 months and nobody turned up even once!! The product stopped working and even after complaining to the top management at Kent in Delhi, nobody turned up to fix the issue.
Now its’ out of warranty and I am sure now they will turn up and charge me for fixing the machine! I spent 13K on it and it’s not even worth a penny! I had Aquaguard before for 10 yrs and I was extremely happy with it! I guess I should not have experimented with this product when I was already very happy with Aquaguard and their service..I really hope that nobody ever buys this product and waste their hard earned money!
