We received a Kent RO System with our apartment as part of the deal. At the time the apartment was taken over, we were told that Kent would come and install the RO, lying unpacked, when we occupied the apartment.
For a variety of reasons, we took 15 months or so to occupy the apartment, all that time the Kent RO sat unpacked and unused.
When we called Kent RO office to install and start the RO, they took a 300/- "service charge" for which no original receipt has been issued so far and then demanded anothe 4900/- for repairs and new parts.
For that much money plus some more, one can get a much better RO or water filtration system, without going through all this with Kent. In addition, they make repeated phone calls asking what is the problem when the problem has been explained to them in writing online.
