This is an ok product to begin with, which removes a whole lot of sediments, but the calibration of the product is important, I found the water to be acidic post Kent filtration, as the service guys don’t calibrate well.
Check: Pour some Kent water on a clean surface overnight, you will find milky sediments the following morning!
The service engineers are not very good, the parts don’t always come in sealed pack, so you believe the service engineer provides a new part!!
There are times that you have to follow up with the guys at least for 3 times over a week to get your service attended! Over the last 5 years that I used the product, the first 2 years was good, subsequently the problems crops during the course of maintenance!
The base product seems good, it is their VERY POOR SERVICE NETWORK!
