I bought Kent RO in Aug 2010 and it took two months to get it installed and that to after regressive follow up. At the time of filter change technical person broke filter container and without letting us know he bypassed the filter, same thing happened after an year when I opted for AMC with Global Distributor. I was mentally tortured for the replacement of the filter and container I paid 1000/- even without my fault, finally after taking this issue with Maharashtra divisional head I got those filters and pots replaced after a month and a half. They replaced containers which were of inferior quality and now those containers are broken and leaking now nobody is picking up my calls nor do they reply to my emails.Im tired of their attitude, service.
