First we bought Kent RO system in July, 2005 in bangalore and from starting that date we are very satisfied untill we moved to Hyderabad in 2006 where we couldn’t find any proper service guys. Later we came to know from previous service guy/dealer that there is a new dealer called Sri Raaga....
Recently we upgraded to new system Grand+ in the month of April (to be precise its on 4th April 2009) and till now we have made so many calls but to our hard luck till today there is no service representative came to our rescue. (both my self and my wife) Called Sri Raaga so many times and always a girl/lady named Sushma answers saying with a false promise "without fail today our service person will attend your call"...
First service was supposed to happen in the month of July but still we are waiting..Please rethink if you are planning to buy a Kent products in Hyderabad, India
