Want to buy a water purifier with RO, UV, TDS control.
I was puzzled between brands KENT, Eureka Forbes, HUL.
I decided to give KENT a try. Thought about the KENT Perl model.
The amazing fact is the KENT customer support just doesn’t respond.
I wonder what service would they provide after I actually buy their product?
About a month back, I provided an online request(by visiting Kent’s site) for a free demo.
No one responded.
After waiting for these many days, I sent sms to one of their given number(as per their procedure mentioned in their site).
No one responded.
Now I’m calling their toll free number. The call doesn’t pass through.
Is the company no more existing?
I wonder why am I running after them?
Rather they should run after customers, isn’t it?
Some online stores like SNAPDEAL sell KENT products much cheaper than the price KENT itself offers - Will KENT charge an EXTRA installation fee, if we buy from these online stores?
Really skeptical about their after sales service.
