I am Dr. Naveen Rathor..We had installed kent water purifier on 10 Oct 2011 (Bill no-DLDT87906), after the end of 1 year warranty, we purchased 1 year AMC of Rs 2000 on the purifier on 6 oct 2012 receipt no 61011 employee code 3092...


On 28th July 2013 we lodged a complaint in kent regarding non functioning of kent and on 29th july a engineer by the name of Dinesh kumar, employee code 9014 came and inspected kent. He told us that membrane+FRT+both the filter have become nonfunctional so he changed them and took 3075 Rs from us, as he said all these parts are not covered in AMC. We agreed and paid him Rs 3075.


But the problem remained the same, kent was not functioning and we again lodged the complaint on 30th july on emergency basis, and engineer by the name of Kunwar lal came and to our shock told us that defect was in motor/pump of kent and there was no need to change membrane+FRT+both the filter  as done by previous engineer Dinesh Kumar.


Next day he installed new motor and now kent was working fine with new motor. Motor was covered in AMC so we don’t pay anything.


So Kent engineer Dinesh kumar employee code 9014 simply out of his cunningness or negligence robbed us of Rs 3075 and changed those  parts which were working fine instead didn’t pay attention towards motor/pump which was actually defective and was covered in AMC. So I am lodging an official complaint to KENT RO SYSTEM LIMITED C-15 SEC 7 Noida. We want our hard earned money back. Please do the needful
