I had brought KENT RO System around 6 months ago and since than the same is giving one or the other problem. The TDS level of the same gets changed on their own i.e. sometime on the higher side or some time on the lower side.
On top there is no customer focus and they take the customers for granted. I am totally fed up with their service during the warranty period and wonder what will happen thereafter. I think it is high time Ms.Hema Malani, MP should dissociate from endorsing this product.
I would like anybody to go for this product because of poor customer service . One needs to call their service center on every 15 days to set the TDS level...This is amazing service level and I have no words to explain ...I feel cheated that why at first place I have opted for their product as earlier I had Aquaguard normal water filter......I think I had made very bad decision in opting for Kent Ro
