Stay away from Kent products and dont fall prey for their flashy advertisements. Bought a Kent Super Plus RO Purifier(Sl No KR 150206035) and got it installed by their service engineer on 30 May 15.
The equipment started developing internal leaks from the next day(01 May 15) and could not be used thereafter.Lodged a complaint with Kent service helpline(0120-466xxxx) on 02 May 15(complaint number 150502xxxx).
I was assured service within 24 hours. Reminded the service helpline repeatedly on 03 May, 04 May, 05 May and 06 May. I was repeatedly assured service within 24 hours but no one turned up till this day(06 May 15).
I had to keep the phone on hold for about 20 minutes each time when I demanded to speak to their call centre head who repeatedly showed reluctance in speaking to me and prompted the call centre executive to tell me that the complaint has been taken up,
Suggest stick to reliable and customer friendly brands like Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard( I had been using their water purifier and was highly satisfied with their product and service till I took the unfortunate decision to changeover to Kent).
