I am using Kent RO system from many time but now I am going to change this with an other comparative product. because I am very disappointed by the Kent service.
there is no service at all. As a part of regular service they just come and check the TDS level that’s it. Ideally they should be doing a reverse flushing to remove the residue from the inlet of various filtering unit within Kent RO.
. The AMC is very high Rs. 3600, where they dont change any thing. If you dont want to opt for AMC they will send service representative to mention that filter elements are bad, requiring change, thereby forcing you to go for AMC.
so finally I am going to change this with any other RO system who give me the good service.
