I am Kewal Anand. While purchasing RO I had selected Kent RO as I was having very good opinion about kent ro. But contrary to my opinion I found this co has lowered its standard drastically and looting its customers, torching its customers heavily.
Just within last four months I was forced to change marine and filters twice for which I had paid 6300/- plus Rs. 2000/- which I had paid for AMC. I feel company has given training to its mechanics and they are helping co in looting business as whenever they are called for service they spoil one of the parts of RO and would tell to replace that part.
I would like to suggest all the new customers don’t by Kent RO otherwise you would badly be in the grip of Company and company would put you in a situation where you don’t have any option but to allow the company to loot you. In my opinion Kent RO is a 3rd class RO
