I have purchased this product around 2 years back and since then it was a nightmare. So many issues with the units I had to spent almost 80 % of the unit cost so far to repair it. (Even now its unusable) The Service is extremely poor and attitude of the staffs are very bad. Escalated to all levels but they all carry the same attitude - non friendly , non customer oriented and only motive is making money. Even spoken to their National Sales/Service head but of no help.
Spare parts are being sold at a rate decided by the technicians who comes for support. (Log a complaint and if you are lucky they will turn up after a month’s time , that too after many follow-up calls). The technicians have no idea about the unit and does a trial and error while attending the issue - your kitchen is a training lab for them.
My sincere advice is not to go for this product.
