KENT New Low standards of service

Kent service is pathetic and has set new abysmal standards in customer satisfaction.  If you still want to try Kent people to look into your problems, try the following numbers;  please be assured that their response will be worse then most government departments.    Ravi Sahani - 0120 3917724,  Mahesh Lamba - 9312943690.


Their local service changed hands twice during last 1 year.  No one really owns responsibility to attend to my problem.


Even though I called numerous times their service number at chennai and their office at gurgaon,  the guy who turned up after 3 months(7th month of purchase)  charged Rs. 1000 for changing three filters plus service charges.  Now again the water is stinking and showing high ppm count.  The service person wants another Rs. 250/- before he is ready to look in to the problem.


I spent about 20 minutes of STD time trying to call their Gurgaon Office, Mr Ravi Sahani’s number and Mr. Mahesh Lamba’s number - but no positive action towards redressel of my problem.


To conclude the situation is so hopeless, something drastic from company side can salvage it.  About my Kent RO Systems,  I will just junk it one of these days after writing off Rs13000 I spent on buying it.
