This is the first time I am writing a review in my life time. I am actually quite frustrated and unhappy with the Kent ro water purifier machine which does not work for better part of the year, most expensive to maintain -you will have to spend at least 9000 rs additionally every year.
Most importantly you will find it extremely tough to get a customer service technician to come to your office. minimum follow up time is 45 days continuous follow up.
Don’t even think of buying this brand. I did a mistake, I don’t want anyone to repeat this. The sales guys at outlets will fool you by saying now customer service has improved never believe them. Don’t go by their advertisements and design of the product.
You will hate it lying idle at home.
