I Purchased Kent 2 years ago. During this period many parts have failed and I have to pay lot of money for that. The list is as given below.
Mechanical Switch
Solenoid Valve( Controller)
SMPS
Tap replacement
Knob
6 SMPS again after 2 months of previous replacement(immediately after the service)
The service guy was still "On the Way" for about two to three weeks. He is still assuring that he can come and replace the SMPS on the next day. Had to contact a new dealer. Every time when there is a problem with the purifier I have to chase these service guys and get frustrated with their false promises. Now I really feel that I went wrong in buying the purifier. As per the new service guy kent parts keep on failing. How soon or late? depends on your luck.
I suggest the new buyers to value the feedback of existing customers and dont look for kent.
They literally cheat.
