Purchased new KENT water purifier (from kottayam-Kerala dealer) few weeks back and already three times repaired. First time water leaking from the plastic tap - Tap replaced by the service technician. The Plastic tap is with poor quality and still the result is same after 2-3 days.
The second problem started after repairing the tap problem. Water will leak from the top of the Kent water storage area even the unit with empty tank. So it will flood the room with purified water until I switch off the power supply. Technician told it was the problem with plastic pipe to the water storage tank inside Kent RO unit. It was misplaced so water will not go to tank, only flow/leak out. The two units I purchased both faced the same problem.
Now today again flooded my room from Kent and this time auto switch off floating valve is struck/not working. The Plastic water tap quality/ floating valve quality has to be improved. The output water quality is good. It is easy to use. Not happy with the product because it is not reliable to keep inside the house. Already flooded water in my house many times. Still waiting for the technicians visit to repair the same. I still dont know when his visit will happen. Poor service and product quality. Br, Sunil Babu
