Bad quality product with bad customer support

I bought this product two & half years back to upgrade my earlier Kent RO machine.


This new Kent RO started giving problems from the first week of purchase itself. The problem is that it starts beeping and stops processing any water.


It was then replaced by the dealer, but this beeping problem continues intermittently. In the last two & half years, 2 UV membranes were replaced, two adapters were replaced & once the water filter membranes were replaced. Now, it has again started beeping, yesterday!


Overall this product has high maintenance cost. Moreover, getting it fixed is also a challenge as customer service is also not prompt and the concerned person who came to fix it, always have some or other reason for the delay.


Their initial products were much more better and reliable in quality than the current line of their products.


I would really advice the buyers to look for other company products whose quality & reliability is better than this product.
