Can’t believe the level to which the customer care representatives can stoop down. The service in charge comes to solve the complaint.charges money. Next day the same problem recurs. When I called again I was told that I need to pay again for technician visit. Wonderful. And when I was trying to explain that I should not pay again as it is their fault and that I had already paid.
