Horibile Service -- Worst customer care

I have requested a service, The service guy visited and opened the device. As soon as I say it’s under Extended warranty, he said it would not come to us.


He called his manager, and his manager said you come off. He returned without repair by saying it was a PCB issue, and that the ticket would be assigned to someone else.


And then the other guy closed the ticket without visiting without a call.


When I called customer care 3 times, They said our senior would call back, but there was no return call.


Looks like these people are following us with extended warranties, And they want a service charge
