A gud m/c but really poor service.

I owned a Kent purifier, it was working fine, and we don’t have any issues.


One fine morning, the m/c was not responding, so called the service team at Haridwar. Although they say the representative will reach within few hours but it took two days for representative to reach to our place. They checked and found that there was some issues with the convertor (a device which use to convert the AC current to desire m/c current), and need to be replaced.


They are Kent reprsentative and they tried to replace it with some local made convertor. When we asked them what they do, very arrogantly they say it cost less and work same as that of Kent. We have to strongly say to them to bring original part that too sealed.


This is totally unprofessional behaviour... and we are shocked, and thought as if we have made a mistake to buy a Kent product, as it is not maintained by professionals.
