According to me now company should think about its prices. Because today many brands are available in market and they also provide all features which provided by kent. And those prices are approx 6500-8500. And I think a person who know about R.O. he know that mostly r.o. needed pre fillter. And if pre fillter is available then most probably the problem will be reduce.
But kent not reduce its price. Today aquaguard, nasaka, whirlpool etc. many brands are available and they sell our products in compatative prices.
I think now its oppertunity to kent to build its market area and increase its goodwill.
