Worst Service
The Worst Service Award goes to one and only Kent RO. I have been complaining about smelly water since last 40 days. They do attend complaints but they do not know how to fix problems. There engineers are useless and rude. Then icing on cake they are closed on Saturdays and Monday, it means if your RO stops working on a Friday, then you really are in a big trouble, because you can register complaint only on Monday and they take at least 48 hours and it is till not assured that they will fix your problem on Wednesday, though they will charge you Rs. 300 for each visit.
I don’t know what is wrong with the company, then there is this useless AMC which is good for nothing because they only service under AMC. I mean WTF?
I would only say, please please please don’t try this at home.
