Although I am happy using the product but I have called KENT service recently three times. Every time they give an appointment time to visit for service. And each time they have failed to show up. More pathetic, they give another time but again don’t show up.
Even more terrible, there is no way to contact KENT company from their website. I just find a dead end.
So a good product with terrible service levels is not a good product!
I wish I had checked and thought about this before investing 17k.
Just be careful if you are contemplating, I would suggest you buy a product from a reputed company like Tata’s or Unilever’s of the world.
