POOR SERVICE

Whenever there is requirement of service I pass through this traumatic experience. Despite of having an AMC the machine is not visited for many days. Their complaint receiving time is limited and they are off for holidays which shows their irresponsible attitude to the need of the customers. If your RO get out of order on Saturday evening, you can lodge complaint only on Monday and then you have to wait minimum 3 days till you get any response. Then they will remind you that their normal response time is 24 working hrs means three weekdays excluding holidays.


Even then they delay it (I have not been attended to my complaint till today which was lodged on 18.2.12 in the morning hrs despite of being given reminder today in the morning.)


RO is an essential item not a luxury one. But their attitude is just to sell it only. Every time it get out of order I have to purchase water from out side and have to spend a lot of money. I have already written on this forum about their service. Even sending e-mail to them is of no use. They are highly irresponsible.


Hence, if you are going to purchase an RO please don’t go for Kent RO. Look for that which can provide you best service according to your need not to their own convenience. Otherwise you will repent on your decision and cry every time you need its service.
