I replaced my filters at a cost of 4800 in July and again in September RO started beeping. When service personnel came he asked me to change the filter which would cost 5500/- .When I asked how can the filter be damaged in 4 months he blamed the water quality. In our apartment we have TDS of 275 for raw water so it cant be a problem.
Their service professions are not at all trained in the product. only knows how to replace the filters and keep blaming external factors for a shoddy product. Everytime I have to shell out 300 rs for their 5 minutes of visit.
I highly recommend not to buy KENT products as this companys business model is built on fleecing customers in service
