"This mail is written with utter frustration over your service support. My complaint to Kent support was on 5th to Miss. Jothy at Bangalore and my complaint number is 2144. I have made follow-up calls every day and the response I get is “Today it will be resolved” after a week I started interacting with Mr. Vikrant from your head office and I still continue to get the same response.
I am your customer who’s bought your product Kent Grand based on the commitment that I would get support on the product I buy. I certainly don’t deserve to be stressed like this with a feeling of being cheated for having bought Kent, how deceiving your advertisement could get?
This is not the first time I have been cheated of your service, it started right from the time I have purchased your product. I hope this mail reaches someone responsible enough to resolve.
