My first week with Kent Grand

Saturday (29-Jul) called the Sales rep and told that I have decided to buy it after the demo.  He came and collected the cheque and sent the installation people in the evening.  They took 2 1/2 hours as there were some plumbing issues.  After some struggle they fixed it and showed that the water has 50 TDS after purification.  It takes 40 minutes to fill up the 8 litres tank.


Smell of plastic was there in the purified water.  Kent rep. suggested to drain full tank for 2 times so that the smell will go off.  We are seeing the leakage of water in the carbon cylinders .  Called up magic waters (Franchise) and got a response that they will come to my home after 24 hours.  Poor customer response.

No way to see the water level.  Nab which is on the top can’t be taken as water level indicator as it is designed for the purpose of automatic purification after certain time.


No proper solution to save the waste water. Tap doesn’t seem to be durable.


Rep. doesn’t suggest any best practices for day to day usage.
