I would never suggest any one to buy any of the Kent products, Its waste of money.I have been using Kent grand plus since 3 yrs, and have spent more then 15000 towards maintenance.The person taking calls in service center are bunch of fools who never seem to understand any thing.
After lot efforts in making him/her understand what is the problem ur compliant get logged in. But that’s not over get ready to receive at-least another 2 more calls to reconfirm about the problem. The technicians are even worse. Rude arrogant and lack of knowledge, every one for the retailer service center and company are here to loot u.
Please never buy any Kent products. I would not rate with even 1, but to post this we need to rate, so I am clicking on the least.
