I have been using Kent ro purifier for the last 1.2 years and been very much disappointed by the service of this device.I was using without tension because as it was said to me that it will me a signal when it needs service or to be replaced but I was drinking the water without awareness that it is not working properly because I was seeing the lights and they were fine.
But when it started giving me the same water as the inlet pipe gave I called technician and he told me that it is not working since 3 months and the lights were fused.I think it needs an improvement in it’s products.
