Last year my 4 year old RO had a major problem and I requested service. When the servic engineer came he quoted some Rs 400 and advisd that I go in for an AMC. Which in the spur of the moment I did. That was the day I last saw the Kent engineer.
They never came as promised in 6 months for the regular filter cleaning etc. I was so busy in my work that I too completely forgot and when I felt the water was tasting different I started calling the center.
A person was deputed one day and when I asked him to come after 4.30 or on a Sunday he refused.(Ironically every time that we had got the RO serviced previously it was after 4.30 pm since I work).
After which I have contacted the centre more than 20 times in the past month and requested service after 4.30pm.
Each time I call one Mr Murthy(9972949494) informs me that he is sending a person or that he is coming himself.
He also promised to call me back and has never done it.
I have paid an amount of Rs 8, 300/- on 30.10.2014 for the 2 year AMC of which one year has already past and no service has been provided.
Today too I have been promised service by Mr Murthy and hope it finally happen. I have a good mind to retrieve my call record from the phone company and keep them as proof of the number of times I have called.
My friend recently wanted to by a purifier and someone advice her against Kent, reason the poor service, and now I vet that persons opinion.
So guys and gals b ready for this if you are buying a Kent purifier!
