Terrible serivce by customer care - Kent Ro

I have been using this kent ro water purifying system since 5 years


• on a day I did’nt rememered the date I called up customer care help desk raised a request service no: 170789-00969 for the servicing of the RO since the filter change alarm was ringing.The RO was working perfectly fine except for the filter change alarm sound.I never got a visit from any service engineer on the day I called customer help desk


• on very next day I again called up customer help desk and told them about the previous request raised.After few hours the service engineer abdul came to me in the same day and checked the RO purifying system and told me that there is need to change of filters and choke.He replaced the filter and choke then billed me of cost 6000/- for which I made out a cheque.The RO then worked for a while and then started leaking and spilling water.i had water flooding my kitchen.The same engineer called back again but was unable to fix the issue.Now another engineer kishore came and he assured us that the problem was with the choke that was initially changed.The choke that was changed on the same day by the pervious service engineer was a faulty piece.Hence it was changed again for the second time and then even third time.Every time the RO is working only till one tank of water was filled and then it stops working completly.


• On the very same day choke alone was changed three times saying that the, spare part was a faulty piece.the provided was really terrible and the RO system was perfctly working in a good condition before servicing and then now it was not working anymore.
