Kent water purifier is not the best one to have in our home as it is very expensive when you want to buy spare parts.First 6 months or 7 months it will be fine with out any problems because all the services and spare parts are free for the first year of the product.
After the first year when you want to buy spare parts then you came to know that it is worse one to have and waste of money unnecessary.The filters are expensive to change.
The costumer service is also not good they are not responding to the phone calls properly we call them continuously and they may answer or not it is based on your luck.If they pick the phone they tell we will send serviceman but they wont come on the time it may take days.But all that time how can you drink water.
Overall at first they will make you believe it is the best after passing time you came to know that it is waste of money and time.The maintenance expenses are high to bare for middle class people.Cleaning is also not that easy.
