I bought a Kent Water Purifier just a year ago and what impresses me more than the product is the service from the company. During the first year, they regularly came home to check the candle and clean up the equipment.
Recently, when I had a leakage, I called their customer service and they just took my name and said the help will be there with in 24 hours. To my surprise, the service person was at my place within 2 hours and the entire work was completed within 3 hours.
In fact, I even got a call the next day to make sure that my problem is resolved and I appreciate this type of service mentality shown in our country which is often criticized for lack of service.
