I am not satisfied with thie KENT purifier & reasons are many. We buy purifiers so that we save our families from waterborne disease.
However you will be unhappy if you buy kent products. It doesn’t filter properly. Doesn’t filter bore-well water
The pre-set time or alarm in not audible.
Doubt whether it filters or not when called at cc they said the filter needs to be changed, despite it again in 2 days it stopped functioning. Customer support & post sales service is very bad.
I don’t have peace of mind & I doubt if the water is pure. The design is simple like bucket. The plastic quality is ok. The durability doesn’t matter since its not helping me now don’t compromise with health, don’t buy kent
