It was the time when I wanted to switch from aquaguard to some other water purifier and I came to know about Kent. Though the product looked impressive I didnt knew I had to bear the the huge cost of maintenance.
Initially service guy had mounted a booster pump saying that the water force it requires is very low. They charged me 2500/- extra for the pump. Now after 8-9 months I had to replace the same booster pump, the reason they gave me was vague.
I suggest not to buy the Kent.
