I am customer of Kent water purifier for last 4 years .I want to make a complaint against NC sales and services for their fraudulent behavior during AMC period(20.05.2018-19.05.2019).
I have two issues:
1.I always done AMC from NC sales and services(authorized distributer for KENT), but this time(on 15.05.2019) Sufal Malakar was alloted for service .When I asked him to change the sediment filter, RO and FRT, he told me you have to changed the parts within first 6 months of AMC, after that they will not change anything . In terms and condition, it was clearly mentioned all consumable parts will be changed with New PARTS only once during AMC period, no where it was mentioned’within 6 months’ .I am attaching all necessary document with this complaint .
- Also today(23.05.2019) when I have renewed the AMC from the vendor(MP enterprise) for period(25.04.2019-23.05.2019), their repensentative(Mr Avijit) inspected the machine and told us that NC sales and services provided Local pump instead of Kent pump(replaced on 7th Jan 2019 based on my complaint). This is also done by Sufal Malakar.
Even When I called Kent directly for this case, they also not helping us on this .
SO PLEASE THINK 100 time before buying KENT .
