Kerovit products seem attractive at first glance and are marketed as durable, but my experience was not very satisfying. While the design is modern and installation is simple, the build quality does not match the expectations from a brand like Kajaria.
Within a few months, I started facing issues like water leakage and rust in the fittings. The customer service is also not very responsive, and it took several follow-ups to get a technician to visit.
If you are looking for long-term bathroom solutions, I would recommend exploring better alternatives. It’s okay for short-term use, but not worth the price for the quality you get.
