We booked our europe christmas market tour with kesari tours in novemeber. the tour was suppose to leave in december but kesari made lot of mistakes in submitting for our visa papers and we dint get GERMANY visa . we paid 2, 75000 for two people . we were promised a alternate tour or maximum amount if money back . Today is 1st february we still havent got a any reply about our money . in december were told everyone is going on a christmas vacation so you have to wait until january . in january whenever we went the peraon who book our tour kalpita in mumbai office was never availablen. not on phone or in person . whenever we went we were informed she was on a holiday and when we called she was busy . someone dies in her family , she celebrates her birthday for four days etc .and once when we did manage to catch her she said she has fowarted our problem to the concern department and there is nothing more she can do .
