I know this is bit of an old story but given that my experience was really good and that I am hearing some stories about cheating by(big) travel companies I decided to post this short review.
This was a honeymoon tour and was very nicely arranged.
Tour managers were good and handling the situations well
Food was good throughout
Hotel provided were excellent especially I like the one in Shimla
Himachal folk dance was arranged. Good.
Many fun/group activities were part of the programme. Good again.
Only annoying thing was Delhi railway station experience. When we landed to Delhi Railway station, coolies and Taxi drivers were behind us to take their services at very hight cost. Pre-paid booth refused to give us ticket and redirected us to auto drivers. While we somehow managed that, a lady and her mother from Bombay had to hear really abusive language from these people. Secondly after reaching to Delhi we had to manage hotel ourselves as Kesari didn’t arrange one for us. I mean it wasn’t promised by them either but in the end we suffered.
But rest of the journey was cherishable memories.
