Without doubt we found“M/S Kesari Tours Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai” a dishonest company who without fail starts cheating its customtakeouters once they pay the registration amount.
We, a group of 14 persons from Dehradun took its E4 tour (16D/15 N; departure 31-5-2012) of Europe with other 28 persons from other cities. We found M/S Kesari Tours Pvt. Ltd (KTPL) in practice of cheating and not caring to their guests complaints/requests/queries. Other tour members from Pune, Mumbai also had sore experiences with KTPL Hq and expressed their hard feelings in the gathering publicly. Though the tour was good but the role of KTPL office was a black spot. Our group feelings/ feedback about M/S Kesari Tours Pvt. Ltd are as below which confirms over opinion:
KTPL hq office did not respond or acknowledged / cared to our various grievances/ queries sent by email.
Their advertisement clearly mentioned the tour package ex-Delhi but then for this they charged Rs. 4000 per person extra over the package cost.
Further KTPL on the pretext of increase in air taxes after March 2012, charged excess amount of Rs. 7105 per person from us which was not at all justified. The fact is that the airline Emirates charged only a total of Rs. 6315 as the total Tax on complete to & fro air tickets.
The Euro component of package (1925 Euros pp) has been charged by KTPL at a very high INR exchange rate (@ of Rs 3.40 per Euro more than SBI selling rate on that day) as compared to the other forex agencies.
Thus KTPL extracted an extra amount of about Rs.17000/- from each of us.
KTPL changed flight schedule even after the confirmation of flight EK 516 by KTPL twice since beginning, KTPL caused us 10 hrs of avoidable tiresome held-up at Dubai on16-6-2012 through the late flight EK514. Their latest SMS on 17-5-2012 clearly stated” FLIGHT DETAILS-EK515 30th MAY DEL-DXB 2150 2345, EK11 31 MAY DXB-LGW 0250 0720 EK 96 15JUN FCO-DXB 2200 0550, EK516 16JUN DXB-DEL 0945
1435”. But the air tkts we got were different and helplessly we had to take EK514 instead of EK516.
- For this unwanted 10 hrs stay at Dubai, Several requests had been made to KTPL since 20th May for providing suitable stay arrangement at Dubai which is normally obligatory to the airline or the tour agency. But no heed had been given to this and helplessly we had to pass this 10 hour long period inconveniently at Dubai airport.
We feel that once the intending touring guest gets registered with KTPL by paying the Registration Amount, KTPL finds him locked & helpless in their hands. Then KTPL starts playing for Charging Extra Taxes, High forex exchange rates, buying forex only from KTPL at high rates by giving guest the air tickets, passport, visa only at the eleventh hour at airport at departure time. Moreover KTPL gave no heed to the grievances / requests / queries etc of guests.
In our view, M/S KTPL should be BLACK LISTED and banned.
