This is Kiran. I did travel with Kesari for their Honeymoon special tour to Shimla-Kullu- Manali from 3rd July to 11th July 2010.
I am really sorry to inform you that it was a pathetic experience with Kesari. Total mismanagement has been seen over there. Would like to state some of them,
There were 28 couples in this tour. At the time of booking in Pune, I had been assured maximum 13 couples. I was startles to see this number of copuples. 2. Quality of food was really below par. It is really true.(At all destinations)
The hotel stay in Shimla was pathetic experience. Throughout the tour there was absence of room services.
We did not visited a single point. I do agree that nature was unfair with us, But the guides were dumb & were not having any other alternative plans.
The transportation facilities were not up to the mark. The buses were uncomfortable & AC were not working.
Knowing that the honeymoon tour, it was supposed to be relaxed. Instead, the days were hectic, full of travelling, tiring. Almost we woke up everyday at 5 O’clock.
The guides were dumb, unmatured & incompetent. The group was not in thier control at all. Could not take any harsh decisions.
I think in the wake of your international tours, you r losing interst in national tours. You are more interested in International tour. Dont misunderstand me. Actually I expected a lot from you.
I dont know whether anybody is concerned with my feedback or not. But I thought I should convey this. I have ruined my honeymoon with Kesari.
Wasted my money & time.
