Kesineni touts itself to be a luxury service-provider, whereas reality is that its staff, for whatever reasons (underpaid or overworked), lack basic courtesy towards their customers.
The "helper" wouldnt even help me load my suitcase into the luggage-cabin. Worse, he went on to get upset over "the things people load into my bus", and initiated an altercation upon my objection.
The only saving grace was that I was able to get in touch with Kesineni customer-case, who were cordial and promised to look into the incident. Havent heard back from them since, so dont know whether any action has been taken. Im not travelling Kesineni, however!
