My relative travelled from Pune to Hyderabad, the sleeper bus arrived one hour late at 10pm, the manager at the stop updated that still the non stop bus will reach at 6:30am. I added 2 hours as buffer to his fake response.
Later when my relative asked the driver for the delay(it was already 10am while entering Hyderabad), the driver and cleaner with igo in mind, didn’t allow my relative to get down at the scheduled stop but stopped the bus 10 km ahead at some random stop. This was almost a kidnapping case.
The help line number have fake memorised answers ready, the bus was late due to traffic jam and the bus did not stop at the stop due to traffic police orders . all fake answers they think will please the customer.
Overall a frustrating travel company and a bogus 24x7 support/ call center.
