Kesineni is a good travels. So far never had an issue but there is a major risk if you purchase tickets online. They system is very weird. When you pay using the credit card the amount gets debitted from your card but ticket not issued due to session expired. Itz wierd since I book the second time the ticket gets booked.
Kesineni doesn’t take the responsibility of refunded the wrongly debited money, you need to call them and inform them. I have been having tough time for last 3 months since there was lot of money that got blocked due to their buggy only system. Even after multiple complaints there care LESS attiude they haven’t fixed this. So finally I had to dump them and start using kaleswari travels.
The buses run by Kesineni are of good quality and they are quite professional but when it comes to their online service, it is pathetic.
