I have booked 4 tickets from Vijayawada to Hyderabad for 13 September 2013. the journey was cancelled by you due to some local political bandh.
I have been talking to several people regarding my refund of money to Branch Manager Mr. Krishna Mohan
but none of them are answering my call and they are giving more and more new numbers to speak. There is no responsibility in the amount to be refunded.
One person is asking me why I am claiming refund amount after 4 months. this is ridiculous. Please don’t cheat your customers like this.
I am fed up of Kesineni travels and I need my money by this week. If you cannot do it, then I will have to take legal action against you.
