Do not use this service!I had booked a ticket online and the bus service was cancelled by Kesineni on the journey date.
On asking for refund, they said the ticket is not refundable!The maximum they can do is book another travel for me if required and that too in a limited time period only!Since the booking is online, it cannot be even reversed!
Fraudsters.!I don’t know how many times they must have done this to other customers also.
