Probably the worst bus experience for me and my friends ever.
We booked 5 tickets for Vizag in the last week of December. The pick up van arrived at 10.20 pm as mentioned at the ticket counter.
We got dropped at Nampally to catch the main bus. We waited for close to 3 and a half hours till the bus arrived. After we got into the bus it wouldn’t start for another 45 minutes for some weird unknown reason.
The fare was ridiculously high(Rs 1120) and no water bottles were provided. The next morning the bus reached at 1 pm(scheduled arrival: 9 am) and that too at Gajuvaka which was the not the last stop and miles away from the desired destination.
And when asked what the problem was both the driver and the other boys present along with him started speaking rudely with the other passengers. Is this the way to treat your customers?
I would never recommend this travels to anyone.
