I would love to share the experience for my stay I booked a room in this hotel on 13th November for 3 nights it took me more than half an hour to search the hotel is deep inside the marol really headache when I entered the lobby was good the lifts were too slow I got the room no 601 its on the 6th floor I thought it will be good view I got a twin sharing room for me and my wife stayed when I entered the room it was very small as not a 10 steps space to walk inside the room the washroom was pathetic was not cleaned and stinky alot the beds were very hard not a comfortable sleep or not able to rest the guest service was too pathetic 5 times I called but they came only time and on 6th floor there was a work going on renovation too much noise and dust was here and there the paints were strong smelled and same was stinking in my room I complained them but they told we apologize there are no extra rooms so we cannot provide you with that smell and my wife got ill however we paid for it there was a swimming pool very small for kids and it can used by outsiders also that was really pathetic no helper there 3.6 inches pool the restaurant was too small the food was totaly tasteless cant eat no taste at all I ordered a coffee he madeitvery hard it spoiled my mood of it worst the chairs were not at all comfortable really worst hotel the entrance was very dirty the security guard use to stare each and every girl or women crossing near by and papers wrappers were lying here and there I will never ever book this hotel again
